Wtility (a.k.a. David Arkin) welcomes you to the World Playing Game (WPG) Proof of Concept Demo. WPG will be an entirely web based strategy and simulation game that allows its players to participate in shaping the game world and its rules.

• World Level View (World Government Level): Buy/Sell Goods, Discover Continents, etc.
• Continent Level View (Continental Government Level): Buy/Sell Goods, Explore, etc.
• Region Level View (Regional Government Level): Buy/Sell Goods, Explore, etc.
• Country/Territory Level View (National Government Level): Buy/Sell Goods, Create National Constitution (Allows States to Unite), Create Country (once you have conquered/unified it) and Choose/Change Government, Elect/Impeach Leader (if Republic), Create/Change Laws, Approve Migrants, Form an Alliance, View Citizens, Build Military, Declare War
• State/Zone Level View (State Government Level - You start the game with one of these!): Succeed From Nation, Create/Change Laws, Exploit Resources
• Plot/Population Level View (Player Assets View)
• Building Level View (Player Assets View): Create Building, Manage Operations, Create Product, Process Resources (Create Product)
